Women working for broadcast technology partners and vendors are eligible for this year’s LAUNCH mentorship, with applications now due November 13, 2026.
Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio and the NAB Leadership Foundation announced the deadline extension November 2. The organizations say eligibility has expanded beyond women employed directly by broadcasters.
The year-long program pairs a rising professional with an industry mentor. Its technical scope includes RF systems, emergency alerting, IP-based broadcasting, automation, streaming and remote production. The selected participant also has an opportunity to attend the 2027 NAB Show.
For station managers and technology suppliers, the immediate task is identifying eligible staff before Friday’s deadline. Candidates should use the official application for the required information and current terms.
LAUNCH is a professional mentorship, not an organizational grant or a completed technical certification. Applicants should confirm attendance expectations and any travel arrangements with the organizers.
It is separate from MIW’s Behind the Mic program, which selected Callie Luttman as its 2026 mentee.
