The New York State Broadcasters Association has elected Audacy Chief Business Officer and New York Market President Chris Oliviero as its board chair for 2027.
Oliviero succeeds WBBZ-TV’s Chris Musial, who remains on the board, according to the association’s announcement reported by Radio Online and RAMP.
Kristin Cantrell of Seven Mountains Media will be vice chair for radio, and WPIX-TV’s Chris McDonnell will be vice chair for television. Jon Hitchcock of WNYT-TV and WNYA-TV becomes treasurer; iHeartMedia’s Robert Morgan becomes secretary.
The officers were elected at NYSBA’s annual fall meeting in New York City, establishing the association’s leadership for the coming year.
