LAKELAND, FLORIDA — MARC Media has elevated afternoon personality Nic Allen to Program Director of Country 97.5 WPCV in Lakeland, Florida.
Allen takes on programming responsibilities that had most recently been handled by MARC Director of Radio Programming Bob Walker. Music Director and morning co-host Julie “K” Kansy will continue in her existing roles.
Allen joined WPCV for weekend duties in 2015, moved to middays in 2021 and shifted to afternoons in 2023. Before WPCV, he programmed WKXN in Greenville, Alabama.
The move adds another internal promotion to the current flow of radio programming and management changes. RAMP reported the appointment on September 28.
