LAKEPORT, Calif. — K-LOVE Inc. has completed its acquisition of the 99.5 FM facility in Lakeport from Bicoastal Media Licenses LLC, adding one full-power station to the nonprofit Christian radio operator’s national portfolio.

The FCC granted the assignment application for KNTI on September 22. A consummation notice was accepted November 5, confirming the license transfer has closed. The station has since changed its call sign to KLUI and is listed in K-LOVE’s station directory as the network’s 99.5 FM outlet for the Ukiah–Lakeport area.

The parties did not disclose a purchase price. Kalil & Co. represented Bicoastal in the transaction, according to the closing announcement.

KLUI is a Class B facility operating with 2.45 kilowatts from a site with 578 meters height above average terrain. The transaction changes one full-power license: K-LOVE’s count rises by one and Bicoastal’s falls by one. No translator or booster was included in the FCC assignment.

For listeners, the immediate change is programming. The former KNTI carried an adult album alternative format; KLUI now carries K-LOVE’s national contemporary Christian service. Neither company has announced how the sale affects local employees, locally produced programming or advertising relationships.

RNN’s ownership database should now list K-LOVE Inc. as the legal licensee and ultimate nonprofit owner of KLUI, facility ID 20025. Bicoastal Media Licenses LLC should be removed from that station record but retained for its remaining stations.
