Callie Luttman, morning host at Saga Communications’ WLRW-FM, Mix 94.5 in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, has been selected for Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio’s 2026 Behind the Mic mentorship.
The yearlong program provides individual guidance from senior industry leaders on programming, talent development, audience growth and brand strategy. It also includes an opportunity to attend the 2027 NAB Show in Las Vegas.
Luttman’s selection was reported October 26 by Radio Ink and TVNewsCheck. The mentorship adds professional development to her existing on-air work; it is not an announcement that she is leaving WLRW.
