HOUSTON, TEXAS — Monica “Mo” Lunsford is adding afternoon duties on iHeartMedia’s Sunny 99.1 while remaining part of The Rod Ryan Show mornings on sister station 94.5 The Buzz.

The dual assignment places Lunsford on two Houston formats in separate dayparts. She joined the Buzz morning program in 2025 after previous work in the market, including at 100.3 The Bull.

iHeartMedia has not publicly detailed the precise start date or whether the two-station schedule will be permanent. RNN will update the item when the long-term lineup is confirmed.
