LOS ANGELES, California — Universal Music Group, or UMG, has appointed Libby Bush president of global brands and commercial partnerships, starting in November. Bush joins from Creative Artists Agency, where she led entertainment partnerships. Reporting to Chief Operating Officer Boyd Muir, she will oversee a new function combining UMG’s brand, media and commercial partnership businesses. The September 29 announcement identifies digital platforms, physical products and live experiences as areas for artist and brand collaborations.
